This policy explains what information the Soultown Festival iOS app collects and how it is used. The app is operated by STEVENTS LTD ("we", "us"), the promoter of Soultown Festival.
The short version: the app has no accounts, no advertising and no tracking. We store only an anonymous device identifier so features like push notifications, favourite artists and free gift QR codes can work. We never know who you are, and we never sell or share data.
The information above is used solely to make app features work: delivering push notifications you have opted into, remembering your favourite artists, alerting you shortly before a favourited artist performs, and validating single-use QR codes for giveaways or prize draws at the event.
Device identifiers, notification tokens and related records are kept only for the operation of the festival and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Turning off notifications in iOS Settings stops all pushes immediately. Deleting the app removes the identifier from your device.
If you take part in an in-app giveaway or prize draw, your device's anonymous identifier is used to issue a unique QR code and record whether it has been redeemed. Full terms are shown in the app alongside each promotion. Apple is not a sponsor of, or involved in, these promotions in any way.
The app does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children.
